Workshop Content

Assumption of Risk
By attending HartSpaces workshops, you acknowledge and accept that participation involves personal physical, emotional, and mental work. You take full responsibility for your own well-being and agree to listen to your body and proceed at your own pace.
No Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our workshops and limited spaces, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once payment is made.
Respect and Conduct
Participants agree to respect the privacy, boundaries, and experiences of all attendees and facilitators. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the workshop without refund.
Confidentiality
We ask that all participants respect the confidentiality of what is shared during the workshops to create a safe and supportive space.

Liability Waiver
By participating, you release HartSpaces, its facilitators, and affiliates from any liability, injury, or damages that may arise from your attendance or use of workshop materials.
